I scored satisfying workouts at the Fitness Centre with its free weights and varied Technogym equipment. I didn’t dine at Silver Note (the tapas menu isn’t my thing), but I often visited after dinner for excellent jazz and blues, usually a singer and pianist. Veranda Suites are the most numerous, and therefore, most popular category. I’ve stayed in a Veranda Suite on another Silver Moon cruise and find them really comfortable. They begin at 387 square feet including a veranda and sizeable marble bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Bulgari toiletries, plush bathrobe and a pillow menu are among many amenities reminding you of your luxury-travel status. Among other restaurants, Atlantide has classic steakhouse vibes and great surf and turf while La Terrazza is a daytime buffet and Italian restaurant at night.
